Many metal components and toolings are hardened after their manufacture by heat treatments to meet their operational requirements. Heat treatments change specifically the metal structures and in some cases even the chemical properties of the parts. In addition to some standard hardening processes, we also offer in-house developed and tailor-made processes – some patented – for heat treatments, thus enabling us to realise the wishes and technical requirements of our customers with accuracy. All this is rounded off with a completely customised service package which amongst others, entails solid advice on the selection of raw-materials and their technical constructions, delivery services and training courses.
